STEM 3D Printers (2025-2026)

As a STEM educator, I aim to create a hands-on, engaging environment where students build critical thinking, creativity, and problem solving skills. Integrating 3D printing into the curriculum allows students to bring their ideas to life, making abstract STEM concepts like those in science, engineering, and math more tangible and accessible. Through designing, prototyping, and iterating, students gain real world experience in design thinking and technological literacy. 3D printing also supports collaborative, project based learning, where students can tackle meaningful challenges such as creating assistive devices or sustainable solutions. With funding, we will purchase reliable printers, materials, and software, along with training for teachers to ensure effective implementation. This investment will provide equitable access to cutting edge tools that inspire students to see themselves as inventors and prepare them for future STEM careers.
