Trustee
Diane Schlesinger was born in Palm Springs and attended Palm Springs High School. She received her BS degree from UC Davis then MD from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Diane did her psychiatry residency in Baltimore then returned to California for a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry at UC Irvine. She earned board certification in both general and child psychiatry and continues part time in private practice serving children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Since becoming trustee of ACF in 2012, Diane oversees the foundation’s investments, directs the grant program, and manages the office. Diane is dedicated to continuing the legacy of Irene Anderson in nurturing health, education, and inspiration of children.
