Passport to Leadership (2025-2026)
The Greater Palm Springs Tourism Foundation's "Passport to Leadership" program is an immersive 6-week program designed to cultivate future leaders within the Coachella Valley's vital hospitality and tourism industry, which drives our regional economy and supports one in four jobs. This program introduces rising high school seniors from all Coachella Valley school districts to diverse career pathways through presentations by industry leaders, dynamic workshops, and behind-the-scenes tours of hospitality and tourism venues. Emphasizing career exploration, professional development, leadership, teamwork, and communication, this experience provides students with valuable real-world knowledge and networking opportunities, equipping students to become future leaders in the fields of hospitality, tourism, and beyond.
